- Building a clearer understanding of the landscape of homelessness in OKC, including myth-busting common misconceptions of who is impacted and why
- City strategy updates, success stories, and current gaps in the system
- Highlighting the most effective ways faith communities/volunteers can deepen their impact

The Interfaith Alliance’s Many Beliefs Serving Together Committee is returning to the OKC Zoo, one of our most popular work project locations, the morning of Sat. May 30th (time TBD). As is our group’s tradition, in addition to our hands-on work, we will host a conversation prior to our shift’s start time with questions relevant to our interfaith community. Mutual understanding and dialogue are more important now than ever! Thank you for joining us!

On Sunday, May 31st our worship theme will be “The UCC: What We Believe.” This is a great day to invite a friend to worship with you so everyone can learn more about the United Church of Christ.

Community Pride Gathering – OKC: Wed. June 3rd 7pm at New Covenant Christian Church 12000 N Rockwell Ave.
Join us for a powerful evening of music, reflection, and community as churches from across the metro come together to celebrate Pride. This gathering will center the beauty, dignity, and belovedness of LGBTQ+ lives, while creating space for healing, joy, and connection. Whether you’ve been part of a church your whole life, have been hurt by one, or aren’t sure what you believe—you are welcome here.

A collaborative, inclusive service led by affirming churches across OKC
A message from Rev. Sheridan Irick (of Mayflower UCC)
A community choir (open to all!)
Live music from a full band

A meaningful and welcoming liturgy
A space of joy, reflection, and belonging

Our children are invited to this camp hosted by St. Stephens UMC June 15-18th from 530-800 with Thursday night being a community potluck with food, inflatables, etc. This year our theme is “All We Need is Love” and each night will have a different theme of Generosity, Kindness and Celebration. We are Interfaith so all faith backgrounds are welcome! So far this year we have Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Muslim, Jewish and Methodist participating. We focus on what brings us together and what we have in common, there is no proselytizing at all.

Cathedral of Hope will have a booth at this Spirit Fair and Pastor Kayla will be offering oracle readings during the Saturday shift from 11am-2:30pm. COH members can sign up to work the booth on Saturday or Sunday!
