Psalm 95:1-2  Oh come, let us sing to Yahweh; let us make a joyful noise to the Rock of our salvation! Let us come into God’s presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise with songs of praise!

Colossians 3:16  Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly, teaching and admonishing one another in all wisdom, singing psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, with thankfulness in your hearts to God.

Is the singing of hymns one of your favorite parts of a church service? Then joining the choir at Cathedral of Hope OKC is for you. Joining our choir is a great way to connect with people, make friends, serve and worship at the same time.

Our Music Minister, Bill Wade, has over 50 years of experience in directing church choirs and has directed the Cathedral of Hope OKC choir for most of its existence. If you’re afraid that what comes out of your mouth is more of a “joyful noise” rather than actual musical notes, there’s no need to worry. Bill Wade will work with whatever musical talent you’re willing to share and make it all sound beautiful!

The choir meets for rehearsal every Sunday at 4:30 pm in the sanctuary. Come and join us, and as Bill Wade says at the beginning of each rehearsal, “Let’s do some singing!”

Jesus Christ was a liberator of the poor, the captives, the disabled, and the oppressed. Cathedral of Hope believes that God loves all people and the church should reflect God’s embrace of all creation. Our work serves to redefine Christianity as an including faith rather than an excluding religion. You can participate by supporting our vital ministry through Online Giving.
